Armstrong Holdings, Inc. (AHI) is an investment holdings company where Mr. King had majority ownership. It had a paid-up capital of Php180 million and was listed in the PSE. The company was sold in 1999. AHI used to own Mr. King's shares in Armstrong Securities and Orion Savings Bank.
