Retelcom owns Philippine Telephone & Telegraph Co. (PT&T), Capitol Wireless (Capwire) and Philippine Wireless, Inc. (Pocketbell). This telecom holdings company is a local exchange carrier and has an international gateway facility and a paging operation.

Its business partners includes Korea Telecoms, the largest telephone company in Korea. Mr. King and his partners in A2 (one of the shareholders of Retelcom) own 20%. Retelcom has a paid-up capital of Php2.35 billion.
