MS CHRISTINE P. BASE is an Associate Lawyer with Pacis and Reyes Attorneys, a Legal Consultant for SB Equities, Inc., and the Corporate Secretary for Active Alliance, Inc. She specializes in corporate, tax and securities law and represents public and private companies in a range of different transactions and in many different industries. She also handles selected civil and criminal litigation and labor disputes. Ms. Base is a Certified Public Accountant, a Lawyer with a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila School of Law, and a graduate of De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting.
