MS. CARMELI C. BANCI is concurrently Finance and Personnel Manager of Kace Electronics (Asia) Incorporated. She was formerly connected with Maxon Systems (Philippines), Inc., United Coconut Planters Bank and Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company, where she held various positions in the field of finance and administration. She graduated from the University of the Philippines (Visayas) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Ms. Banci is a Certified Public Accountant.
