Ms. Pangilinan has served as Senior Vice President since July 1996 and Corporate Secretary since October 1997. She was also Executive Assistant to the Chairman of Philippine International Air Terminals, Inc. Before joining Armstrong Holdings, she was Senior Vice President of Orion-Square Capital, Inc.; Executive Assistant to the President of Gasoil Management Holdings Corporation and Vice President of Merchant Banking Group of Development Bank of the Philippines.

Ms. Pangilinan is a graduate of the University of the Philippines with a degree in A.B. Economics and was a candidate for M.A. Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
