MR. PERY is the Chief Operating Officer of e-Lab Ventures, Inc., one of the Armstrong Group’s Internet investments. Prior to this, through his company, Web Works Inc., he has been involved with the development of Internet solutions since 1996. His experience in the IT industry extends to systems and database design, back-end software and hardware integration, and Internet marketing. Before that, he worked as a securities trader and a financial analyst on Wall Street in the U.S.

Mr. Pery graduated from Rider University in the United States in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree, magna cum laude. He also studied in the Ateneo de Manila University prior to that.
